The Project Coordinator oversees the project management process for retail and large custom cabinet orders, from point of sale through to project completion. This role involves coordinating various stakeholders, including designers, installers, installation managers, service technicians, site superintendents, and homeowners. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively addressing and resolving issues while adhering to safety standards and building codes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with site superintendents and homeowners regarding any site issues, safety concerns, and project timeline adjustments.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the appropriate managers for further action.
- Prepare and send completion reports for work orders, cabinet finals, and PO requests to builders, homeowners, and designers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Track project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

**Knowledge and skills required**:

- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the residential cabinet or construction industry.
- Familiarity with kitchen cabinet installation processes and work order documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; capable of typing at least 45 words per minute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with mínimal direct supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to function effectively under pressure and handle stress professionally.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good rapport with stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
