A New Condo Sales Company is seeking a receptionist/administration assistant for occasional shifts, event help and to cover staff vacations at our offices across the GTA(Toronto, Pickering, Mississauga and Brampton ). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee minimum hours but there is potential if you are flexible to cover various locations.

**Job Description**:

- Represents the organization with customers and general public in a professional and courteous manner
- General office duties including data entry, filing, using the photocopier and scanner
- Report preparation and distribution
- Assisting the Office Administrator as required
- Keeping an organized and clean work area

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Customer service or office experience is an asset
- Proficiency in excel, wood and outlook
- Effective verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently take initiative, and follow directions
- Able to understand and follow protocols
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work extended hours when required

Training will be provided.
