Front Desk Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality are maintained.
- Manage daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures and night audit responsibilities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and ensure seamless communication across the resort.
- Monitor front desk operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing reservations, including group bookings and special requests.
**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality management, with experience in hotel or resort environments preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, capable of handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous for managing overnight operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing front desk operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
