Front Desk Receptionist

RE/MAX Millennium is a leading real estate brokerage in Canada, committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and agents. We are looking for friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Associates to join our growing team at our Brampton, Vaughan, and Markham offices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to the agents and management team.
- Manage listing paperwork, MLS uploads, and real estate documents.
- Draft documents based on agent’s request, including listing agreement, offers, etc.
- Ensure front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
- Schedule meetings, handle office supplies, and manage calendars as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to real estate compliance requirements.
- Assist with onboarding of new agents and basic tech troubleshooting.
**Qualifications**
- **Prior experience in a real estate office or administrative/front desk role preferred.**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of MLS, WebForms, BrokerBay, or other real estate platforms is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- **Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (if needed).**
**Office Locations**: Brampton, Vaughan, Markham
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
