The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the staff ensuring overall productivity and accuracy. The successful applicant will be expected to lead by example through hard work and dedication, providing support in anyway possible to staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strive to achieve store performance results including store sales goals
- Cultivating an environment centered around the ‘guest experience’ and providing in
- depth knowledge of product to help explain value and build brand loyalty
- Ensure and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure that production and delivery schedules are met and optimized for lead times.
- Assign work to personnel in accordance with production schedule.
- Ensure that all machines and equipment are being properly used and maintained.
- Accurate order entry, booking deliveries, cash balancing and submitting purchase orders
- Ensure effective and accurate communication amongst departments within the organization
- Day to day coaching a team of employees to achieve extraordinary results
- Addressing any customer concerns or problems in a courteous and timely manner
- Ensure customer orders are completed and process efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure excellent merchandise and store presentation, cleanliness & adhere to health and safety protocols

**Job Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Store/Sales Manager is an asset
- Experience in production/ Fabrication is an asset
- Willingness to learn
- Mechanically inclined
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong math ability, good language skills, and good reasoning ability.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Proven track record building, developing and maintaining a high performing team
- Problem solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals
- Analyze KPI’s and coach opportunities with sales team
- Friendly, energetic, mature, reliable, responsible and flexible
- Forklift experience is an asset
- High school diploma or GED
