**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective customer relationship management.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage leads, and analyze market trends.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Train, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Preparing of employee schedules.
- Conducting interviews and hiring of new staff as required.
- Regular quality control checks on staff in the field as required.

**Skills**
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proven experience in business development with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients while maintaining positive relationships.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Previous Security Management experience an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
