Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee our operations at our Saskatoon location. The following is a list of the major responsibilities:

- Interviewing, hiring and termination of employees
- Manpower planning and movement based on requirements across the organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the operational processes, reports, and systems.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share within the branch territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Forecast needs for manpower, equipment, and assts based on organizational requirements.
- Work with the Finance team to mange wage structures to be competitive in the marketplace.
- Review and approve all branch operational invoices for accuracy and payment.
- Staff motivation and engagement.
- Resolving conflicts and disputes.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant management experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and efficient with time management
- Building Leaders Program or equivalent will be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 3 years (required)
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
