Outside Sales Representative

Abbotsford, Canada CubeX Build Full time

Cubex, a leading manufacturer of high-quality roof trusses, is seeking a skilled sales representative to join their team. The primary responsibility of this position is to sell Cubex's roof trusses and act as a liaison between the Design, Production, and Delivery divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively promote and sell Cubex's roof trusses to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry
- Collaborate with the Design division to provide accurate quotes and ensure customer needs are met
- Work closely with the Production division to ensure customer orders are produced and delivered on time.
- Visit job sites as needed to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Cubex's products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position Cubex in the market
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to management

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in the truss manufacturing space
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$225,000.00 per year
