**Position Overview**:
As an **Outside Sales Representative** for Clearway Rentals, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing long-term leases for our fleet of cars and trucks. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a sales or automotive industry background. While a degree in sales or marketing is not required, it is considered a valuable asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Development**: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses and individuals with long-term vehicle rental needs.
- ** Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their leasing needs are met with tailored solutions.
- ** Sales Strategy Execution**: Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- ** Negotiation and Agreements**: Lead discussions to finalize lease terms and agreements that align with company policies.
- ** Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with Clearway Rentals' internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to delivery.
- ** Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and regularly update management on progress and market conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Experience**:

- Sales experience in the automotive, rental, or transportation industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

**Education**:

- A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and prospects.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
**Hourly Wage**: $30 per hour.
