- Demonstrate the ability to be a brand ambassador and represent Coast Appliances as Canada’s leading destination for home and kitchen appliances with the utmost professionalism
- Actively seek out, develop and maintain enduring relationships with builders, general contractors and developers
- Obtain required product knowledge through training and industry events
- Prospecting for new business and nurture leads
- Drive profitability and growth for both existing customers and new customers in compliance with all company procedures and policies
- Increase market share by managing all aspects of the sales process and providing excellent customer service in the presentation of the features, advantages, and benefits of both products and after-sales service
- Forecast sales opportunities, perceiving market trends and executing sales strategies to ensure that growth and profitability metrics are met and exceeded
- Exhibit leadership and initiative on the sales floor by anticipating customer’s needs and ensuring their needs are met
