**A Day in the Life of a National Programs Administrator**

Step into the exciting day of a National Programs Administrator (NPA) at First Onsite, where each day is a dynamic adventure in administration Picture this: your day kicks off with a cup of coffee, and you dive into the fascinating world of fleet management, real estate contract reviews, and the balancing of credit card renewals - all before lunch As the backbone of our organization, you'll find yourself effortlessly juggling tasks, from helping our teams onboard new subcontractors to expanding and tracking our supplier rebate programs. But fear not, the NPA is not all about serious business; we inject a healthy dose of fun into our work. Imagine turning complex program renewals into engaging team challenges - a bit like conquering the CN Tower, but with a shorter elevator ride and more spreadsheets With your keen understanding of centralized program administration, you'll be at the heart of seamless coordination and efficient communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education/administrative courses.
- 1 - 2 + years of experience in office administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, Teams
- A learner's mindset, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Keen eye for quality/detail
- Customer service driven and the ability to have fun
