Our client, in the Food and Commercial Kitchen industry is seeking a talented and motivated **REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT - with Order Entry and Logistics experience,** reporting to Marketing and Finance Manager.

Our client - being the world’s leading supplier of combie-steamers, is seeking an experienced **REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT **with a strong background in **LOGISTICS and ORDER ENTRY** to join the fast-growing team in the corporate office located in Mississauga, ON.

The Regional Sales Assistant (RSA) provides administrative/organizational support for the Regional Sales Manager(s) (RSM) for a specified Canadian Territory. The RSA thrives on challenges and continuous learning, in a rapidly-growing, fast-paced organization. This administrative, inside sales support function is a critical component to the growth of the territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and enter data into the order entry system accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files and records of customer orders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies

**Skills**:

- Strong data collection and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with filing systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical skills, including attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $63,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
