We currently have an opportunity within our Customer Service Department working as a Data Entry/ Order Entry Clerk. This roll is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced organization. The Data Entry/ Order Entry Clerk will require to be flexible to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
**Specific Duties**
- Data Entry / Order Entry Functions.
- Answer questions ,communicating with customers.
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation.
- Exellent written and oral communication.
- Quoting allocation job based on customers request also invoicing.
- Review orders for accuracury and completion based on the clients requests.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Strive to provide customers additional requested information.
**Experience**
- Data Entry or client intake experience.
- Must have 2+ years experience in data entry.
- Must have 2+ years customer service experience.
- A plus if you have print knowledge experience **.
**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills.
- Proficent at keyboarding and computers, working knowledge of MS office.
- Ability to organize, manage time and meet tight deadlines.
- Courteous, professional, dynamic, and well organized.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Other duties assigned in adherence to the Reprodux policies.
Full Time Hours : 8:30 am to 5 pm
Monday to Friday
