We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Administrator, who has a strong work-ethic. Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft programs is an asset

Order Entry & Review

Order Adjustments

Customer order ETA investigation

Shipping Label Generation

Report Generation & Distribution

Consistent & Cohesive communication to reps and vendors

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and the ability to multitask
- A team player with a high level of dedication

**Business Equipment & Computer Applications**:

- Advanced MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills

**Compensation**:
Full Time Salaried Position

80% Medical & Dental Benefits After 3 Months’ Probational Period

**Hours**:
8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
