**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule crews and coordinate with clients for a seamless route and completion of jobs.
- Utilize phone systems to coordinate communications and relay messages promptly with clients.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Maintain organized office files and contracts, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Perform proofreading of various documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Support the Operations Manager duties as needed, coordinating communication between staff and clients between the two.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office work is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn is essential.
- Attention to detail, especially in proofreading contracts for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in customer support roles is a plus.
