What you would do- Serves as a level 1 and 2 technical support to install, modify and repair client machines- Works in a collaborative environment with technical teams across North America- Responds to client’s inquiries concerning systems operations, including diagnosing system hardware, software, and operator problems.- Maintains record of assets, both hardware and software- Provides onsite and remote support and solutions to internal customers, hardware problems and software issues- Enforces divisional compliance of Gordon Food Service North American technology standards

Does this sound like you?- Possess:
- Experience in a warehouse environment, especially with RF scanner equipmentWell-developed communication skills both written and verbal- Be recognized by time and priorities management- Have demonstrated good capability of innovation, creativity, and problem solving skills- Like to work in a always changing, collaborative and dynamic environment
