**Position: Hot Tub Service Technician**

**About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform spa repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations as scheduled.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle (provided).
- Accurately complete job reports and manage warranty parts.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid G license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal charges, past or present.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous experience as a Service Technician in the hot tub or related industry is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.
- Must provide your own steel-toe boots.

**What We Offer**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Pay**: Starting at $21.00 per hour, with commission and overtime opportunities.
