**Your Role**As a **Bilingual Administrative Assistant**, you will be a key ambassador for our clinic located in **Laval**. You will play a vital role in creating an outstanding client experience while supporting the team in managing daily operations. Your contributions will be essential to the smooth running of our administrative activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage phone calls, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and handling inbound inquiries.
- Prepare and verify medical files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for multiple healthcare professionals.
- Handle billing processes, process payments, and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Receive and process patient packages with meticulous tracking.
- Oversee stock and accessory management.
- Maintain filing, archiving, and organization of administrative records.
- Provide support to professionals with various administrative tasks as needed.

**What Were Looking For**
- **Bilingualism (French/English) is required.**:

- Previous experience in a medical clinic or similar administrative role (an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Autonomy, proactiveness, and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with payer organizations such as RAMQ, CNESST, and Veterans Affairs (an asset).
- Positive attitude, professional ethics, and a welcoming demeanor.
- Experience with **Medesync** (an asset).
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly when working with elderly clients, ensuring a warm, respectful, and attentive approach.

**What We Offer**
- **Competitive salary: 22 to 26 $/h (based on experience).**:

**Note**: Our bilingual administrative assistants work directly with a diverse clientele, including elderly and vulnerable patients. **Fluency in both French and English is essential** to ensure clear, precise, and empathetic communication with all patients, regardless of their preferred language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
