The Administrative Assistant role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within our team. Based in Laval, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering company that values efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves supporting office, accounting, HR and payroll management tasks and ensuring organizational efficiency through effective data entry and document proofreading.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent phone etiquette, and experience with ERP systems (bookkeeping).

Bilingual abilities are a must. Candidates should have prior office or administrative experience, with a focus on HR, payroll, SST, and data entry. Knowledge of bookkeeping management is essential.
