Make a real difference with your skills and passion**About the job**: As a vital member of our Office Administration team, you will:

- Supervise and guide subordinates
- Process, verify, and ensure compliance with financial transactions and controls
- Clarify financial directives and manage information requests and complaints
- Reconcile complex cases (e.g., personnel/payroll, WSIB/LTIP)
- Assist with budget preparation, expenditure forecasts, and financial documentation
- Prepare accurate financial reports and correspondence
- Liaise with suppliers, payroll, and staff
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

**What you bring to the team**:
**Accounting and Financial Knowledge**: You have:

- Expertise in accounting policies for purchasing, finances, contracts, budgeting, expenditure analysis, and inventory control
- Skills in inputting, retrieving, monitoring, and analyzing financial transactions, including forecasting
- Ability to verify and forecast expenditures and assist with budget preparation
- Proven accuracy in processing financial transactions
