**Us**:
Murray Honda is a community-minded dealership with a long history of customer care. We’re a Platinum Member of Canada's Best Managed Companies and proud of our people, our growth, and our reputation. We believe in teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.

**Together**:
You’ll help our sales team shine by making sure no lead, appointment, or deal falls through the cracks. You’ll keep an eye on the numbers, help spot opportunities to improve, and work side-by-side with our sales managers and salespeople to hit our targets.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with salespeople and managers to ensure leads are being followed up consistently and effectively.
- Monitor KPIs like speed-to-lead, appointments set/shown, and internet close rates, and keep the team accountable.
- Develop strategies with managers to plug gaps in the sales process and improve conversion.
- Handle some administrative tasks (deal paperwork, CRM updates, simple reporting) to free up manager time.
- Produce easy-to-understand reports and share insights with the team.
- Be the “extra set of eyes” in the sales pit—catching issues early and helping solve them.

**What You Bring**
- Analytical mindset: you’re comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and turning data into action.
- Collaboration: you enjoy working closely with people and guiding them toward shared goals.
- Organization: you stay on top of details, tasks, and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
- Communication: clear, professional, and motivating—both with managers and frontline staff.
- Initiative: you don’t just identify problems; you suggest solutions and make improvements.
- Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
- Experience in sales support, operations, project coordination, or customer service is an asset.
- No automotive background needed—we’ll provide the industry training.

**Why You’ll Love It Here**
- Competitive compensation up to $80k with performance incentives.
- Extended health and dental benefits.
- RRSP matching program to help you invest in your future.
- Work for a Platinum Member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies—a recognition of our commitment to people, culture, and long-term success.
- A respected dealership with a supportive, growth-minded culture.
- A role that mixes teamwork, process improvement, and data analysis—perfect for someone who likes variety, impact, and helping others succeed.
