**Summary**:
The Sales Support plays a critical role in supporting the Outside Sales team by managing the administrative and coordination tasks that enable Project Consultants to focus on customer relationships and closing deals. This position acts as a central contact for sales coordination, quote preparation, order entry, and customer service follow-up.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**

Sales & Estimating Support (Approx. 80%)
- Support the Project Consultants by preparing accurate estimates, quotes, and pricing takeoffs from plans and specifications.
- Ensure all customer details are complete and up to date in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare and finalize contract documents in coordination with the Project Consultant and/or Sales Supervisor.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal coordination between Sales, Finance, Operations, Order Entry, Shipping and service to ensure timely flow of information and proactive communication on project status.
- Assist with walk-in customer inquiries and showroom support when required.
- Follow up on outstanding items needed to convert quotes to orders.

Order Entry & Documentation (Approx. 20%)
- Accurately input approved orders into the OMNI ERP system, ensuring all information is verified and complete.
- Collaborate with Project Consultants and Finance to resolve discrepancies in pricing, terms, Invoices, or documentation.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems of customer quotes and orders.
- Communicate key milestones to customers as required and looping the Project Consultants in.

**Experience**: Required
- 3 year(s): Experience in sales support, estimating, order entry, or customer service.

Preferred
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with reviewing blueprints, interpreting measurements, and providing material takeoffs is preferred.

- High School Diploma or better
