This role combines day-to-day HR coordination with payroll responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and has a strong interest in people operations.

**The Role**:

- Administer and support bi-weekly payroll processing in coordination with the HR team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment standards and tax regulations
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (new hires, role changes, terminations) in systems like ADP Workforce Now and SharePoint
- Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and orientation
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies, escalating complex issues as needed
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and changes
- Generate routine HR and payroll reports to support internal needs
- Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements across the organization

**You Will Bring**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Payroll, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR and/or payroll support role (experience in both is preferred)
- Working knowledge of HRIS or payroll platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- A high degree of discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy helping people
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to work independently when needed
