**About Us**:
We’re a small but growing restaurant group based in Ontario with a passion for good food, smooth operations, and building a solid team.

**What You'll Be Doing (aka All the Things)**:

- Assisting in hiring and onboarding team members
- Managing schedules, time tracking (we use Square), and HR-related tasks
- Helping with finances, reports, and basic bookkeeping
- Running errands and being on the go between locations
- Coordinating vendors, supplies, and maintenance
- Creating or overseeing design work for menus, posters, and other marketing materials
- Supporting the owner with whatever comes up—yes, that includes last-minute runs for printer ink
- Thinking ahead, staying organized, and keeping the wheels turning

**Who You Are**:

- A dependable self-starter with great time management
- Detail-oriented but not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe, basic Excel/Sheets)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong communicator who can work well with everyone—from staff to suppliers
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality, marketing, or business operations

Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
