Pay Range:
$20.00 - $23.65

This position is eligible to receive a target annual cash bonus based on individual and company performance, in accordance with company policy. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.

**Position Summary**:
The **Materials Coordinator**is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and quality workmanship within all Materials and Warehouse functions such as: Receiving of materials, cycle counting, shipping, packaging, fulfillment, and MRP Transactions as directed by the Manager, and work closely and support Operations. The Individual must exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and follow processes accurately and rapidly with mínimal errors.

Position requires the ability to function with mínimal oversight and convert internal demands into finished products successfully. They will execute production protocols to meet production targets assigned by management. Effectively and immediately communicate any complications that arise and then be able to work with engineering or cross functional team to establish and maintain a solution. Transact finished goods and manage raw material inventories to ensure accuracy within the MRP system. This role will require an individual who demonstrates a proactive mindset to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion in a timely manner.

This position is currently a 1st shift however may require a split shift (1st to 2nd) and overtime as schedule dictates.

**They will also participate in general production, including (and capable of)**:

- Responsible for executing all warehouse, order fulfillment, and shipping tasks.
- Responsible for supporting warehouse accuracy, cycle count program, Kan Ban replenishment program and all stock transfer transactions.
- Following specific procedures and remain focused on exact and repetitive assembly tasks.
- include accurate data input of incoming material to appropriate personnel, warehouse, or location.
- Responsible for supporting shipping of all outgoing company freight. This includes instruments, consumables, and miscellaneous shipping.
- requirements for accuracy and timely processing of all shipments.
- Miscellaneous duties will involve sequestering reagents, sales demo shipments and warehouse cleanliness.
- Responsible for quality of work and employee safety.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager, leadership team.

**Education Requirements**:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Experience requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse-related position.
- Highly organized with good attention to details and good with numbers.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English) and can effectively document their work.
- Exhibit a high degree of flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office software environment

- Normal Production Environment.
- Must be able to lift and handle packages weighing 35 lbs.

**Prior experience with the following is desired**:

- Experience as a buyer on a manufacturing operations or design engineering environment.
- Warehouse/Inventory/Materials Management/Shipments.
- Experience working in an ISO compliant organization.
