**About Us**
- The Shoreline Power Group is a fully integrated Joint Venture of Aecon and Atkinsrealis located in Kincardine, Ontario. Shoreline Power Group is the centerpiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program which replaces the main components of 6 reactors at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders as well as construction management and trade labor. This project is part of Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program, which will allow Bruce Power’s CANDU units to continue to operate safely through to 2064.
- Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Material Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the procurement of commodities, equipment, and services for the Bruce Power Nuclear site.

**What You'll Do Here**
- Prepare and consolidate material requisitions for a wide range of Nuclear and Non-Nuclear materials and services, including but not limited to, structural steel, piping, valves, electrical components, civil materials, tooling, chemicals, calibrated equipment, lifting devices, and PPE
- Create purchase requisitions with complete documentation, ensuring clarity in descriptions, quantities, quality assurance requirements, and special purchasing instructions, with appropriate project team authorization
- Ensure SAP requisitions include all relevant drawings, technical specifications, and client specific requirements (e.g., CAT ID)
- Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, engineering, and procurement to ensure timely and quality compliant material purchases aligned with project schedules
- Support the project team in preparing subcontract packages for submission to the Subcontracts Coordinator
- Collaborate closely with the procurement team to develop reports and provide timely updates to the project team regarding material deliveries, associated delivery costs, and any expedite charges
- Monitor and expedite material deliveries as needed to support project timelines and identify critical site deliveries
- Manage receiving activities including inspection, inventory control, and SAP goods receipt processing
- Assist procurement with supplier recommendations for materials or services
- Provide material status updates to the Materials Lead
- Ensure responsiveness to operational needs while maintaining quality and reliability standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

**What You Bring To The Team**
- 2-5 years of experience in the nuclear construction industry in a procurement or project coordination role
- Completion of a Materials and Operations Management program at the college or university level is an asset
- Enrollment in or completion of SCMP Accreditation Program is preferred
- Strong planning, decision making, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal
