POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Material Coordinator, under the direction of the Marketing Material Supervisor, is responsible for Tayco and BRC’s Literature Program, including maintaining promotional materials, fulfilling literature and swag orders, and providing administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Team. This full‑time, in‑office role supports daily literature operations and ensures timely, accurate preparation and shipment of customer‑facing materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Literature Program Support

- Monitor and maintain Tayco and BRC’s literature programs to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.

- Communicate professionally with customers via email and telephone regarding literature orders and general inquiries.

- Fulfill literature orders by picking, packing, and creating shipping labels.

- Coordinate with third‑party shipping companies to track packages and resolve delivery issues when required.

- Maintain and utilize Tayco’s Kanban system to ensure adequate inventory replenishment.

- Complete monthly reporting on stock levels and assist in identifying items requiring reorder.

- Work with the Marketing Material Supervisor to initiate artwork updates or changes to literature materials.

- Submit reorder requests through Procurement as needed.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support the continuous improvement of literature processes.

Swag & Promotional Material Support

- Maintain Tayco and BRC swag inventory and fulfill swag requests as they arise.

- Assist with packing and shipping promotional mailouts that support marketing campaigns and dealer engagement programs.

Administrative & Team Support

- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Team as required, including organizing materials, preparing documents, or updating internal resources.

- Actively participate in Social Committee activities and initiatives.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Outlook.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

- Ability to work well within a team, accept direction, and respond positively to feedback.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

- Energetic, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
