Full Job Description

Experience: 1-3 years

**Requirements**:

- Background in construction, renovation, or property management with knowledge of building materials and supplies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, manage, and prioritize multiple material orders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with software such as Asana, QuickBooks, or other project management/inventory tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A motivated self-starter who demonstrates problem-solving skills and adaptability.
