**About S2 Protective Services Inc.**:
S2 Protective Services Inc. is a **fast-growing private security company** providing top-tier **security guard services** to hotels, commercial properties, retail stores, and residential buildings across Ottawa. We are looking for a **part-time, commission-based Business Development Manager** with **3-5 years of experience in the private security industry** to help us acquire new clients and secure long-term contracts.**Role Overview**:
This is a **part-time, fully commission-based** role ideal for someone with experience in **B2B sales within the private security sector** who is looking for **flexibility and high earnings potential**. Your main goal will be to generate leads, build client relationships, and close contracts for security services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Sales Strategy** - Identify and develop new business opportunities in **hotels, property management, retail, and construction industries**.
**Client Acquisition & Contract Negotiation** - Engage with decision-makers (property managers, hotel owners, retail chains, construction firms) to sell security services.
**Proposal & Tender Preparation** - Write and submit **security service proposals** and **bid for contracts**.
**Networking & Relationship Building** - Leverage industry contacts to **secure long-term contracts**.
**Sales Target Achievement** - Work on a commission-based structure with **unlimited earnings potential**.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**:3-5 years in business development within the private security industry**.
**Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **Ontario's Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA)**.
**Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Proven experience in **closing security contracts** and **client acquisition**.
**Self-Starter & Goal-Oriented**: Ability to **work independently** and manage sales pipelines.
**Existing Network**: Preferred if you have **contacts in property management, retail, hospitality, or construction**.
