We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and critical thinker with 5+ years’ experience in management and business development roles. You will be an outstanding leader for the organization to grow, scale, and diversify their service offerings.

The Showroom Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of our retail department. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the overall sales process.

To be a true mentor to the team you lead with the goal in mind to drive accountability, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and result in a high level of client satisfaction.

Your strategic business acumen and tenure in leadership roles will provide the foundation needed to ensure you balance your time accordingly across the management of employees, finance, business development, project delivery and estimation oversight.

**Showroom Manager Responsibilities**:

- Study the features of all products on offer, become a product expert
- Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
- Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
- Documenting sales and rewarding employees for these accordingly.
- Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to retail team.
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed

**Showroom Manager Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a showroom manager, ideally at a similar company.
- Extensive experience selling comparable products.
- Degree in Marketing or similar is highly advantageous.
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
- Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
- Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
