- Assist in the administration of the professional development and customized training workshops and programs by preparing, distributing and organizing registration and program documents and assisting instructor teaching aids and materials
- Enter, maintain, and update student data into database
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Monitor, coordinate, organize instructor and student supplies and assist in ordering supplies
- Coordinate customized and professional development workshops and computer lab bookings including facility, guest, and student interview bookings, training room set up, teaching aids and materials, catering arrangements
- Troubleshoot with instructors or clients on training days
- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**Specific Accountabilities**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Grade 12 plus a recognized office administration certificate/diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience which must include training and/or experience in minute taking.
2. Minimum one year recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3. Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of common office procedures.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Effective organizational skills.
8. Effective proofreading skills.
9. Ability to work independently under generalized supervision.
