Experienced Family Law & Civil Litigation Clerk

Primary duties will include:

- Schedule client appointments and facilitate client meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Assist lawyers in the drafting of various civil law and family law pleadings (i.e. Motions and accompanying materials, Affidavits, Facta, Case briefs, Applications, Statement of Claims., etc.)
- Manage client correspondence and act as primary point of contact with various family and litigation clients
- Knowledge of real estate and corporate law will be considerate and asset
- General litigation and office support for two (2) lawyers

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products and ability to work with other legal programs (i.e PCLaw, DivorceMate, Docusign, Caselines)
- Proficient in English
- Working knowledge and strong familiarity with civil litigation, family law and estate law.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
