Their team strives to provide exceptional representation to a diverse range of clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer at our office in Vaughan, ON. The Lawyer will handle legal research, draft legal documents, represent clients in legal proceedings, and court attendances in areas including commercial litigation and construction law. Responsibilities also include maintaining client communication, managing case documentation, and collaborating with the team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. The Lawyer will be expected to handle multiple cases simultaneously with professionalism and attention to detail. Qualifications Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Experience in litigation, courtroom representation, and case management Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario Familiarity with legal principles in commercial/civil and construction law Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care and professional ethics
