**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of closing documents, agreements of purchase and sale, and title searches for real estate transactions.
  • Attend client meetings, mediations, discoveries, and court appearances (where appropriate).
  • Prepare motion records, affidavits, and other court materials.
  • Support lawyers in all aspects of litigation and transactional practice.
  • Participate in file management and client communication.

**Qualifications**

  • Completion of a J. D. or LL. B. degree from a recognized Canadian law school (or NCA equivalent).
  • Strong academic standing and interest in **real estate law** and **civil litigation**.
  • Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
