Real Estate Law Clerk – Must Speak Korean

Location: Thornhill, Ontario | Hybrid

Compensation: From $60,000 per year

Talent Renew has partnered with a fast-growing, full-service law firm based in Thornhill that is seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk to join their expanding team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with the firm's Korean client base, providing exceptional service and support in real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and have a solid background in residential and commercial real estate law, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the closing process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle all aspects of real estate transactions, from title and off-title searches to preparing closing documentation and processing mortgage instructions. This is a hybrid position that combines flexibility with the opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all documentation related to real estate closings from start to finish
  • Conduct title and off-title searches accurately and efficiently
  • Review and process mortgage instructions and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other professionals involved in transactions
  • Maintain organized and detailed records throughout the transaction process
  • Ensure all documentation complies with firm standards and deadlines
  • Support the legal team with administrative and transactional tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk
  • Fluent in Korean (both written and spoken) – required
  • Strong understanding of real estate procedures, title searches, and closings
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Proficiency with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
