We are a growing door and cabinet manufacturing company focusing on multi-family residential and commercial projects. We have a friendly team environment and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with bookkeeping and accounting experience who enjoys organizing information and is comfortable learning new systems.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll support, data entry in our ERP system, purchasing materials, and general office administration. Over time, we will train you to assist with production scheduling and project estimates. No manufacturing experience is required — we will train the operational side.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and track accounts payable (invoices, bills, supplier statements)
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Enter and maintain data in our ERP system (training provided)
- Create and track purchase orders and communicate with suppliers
- Organize job documentation and ensure accurate cost coding
- Maintain office organization and support daily administrative tasks
- Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and project material takeoffs (trained gradually)

**Qualifications**
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll, or accounts payable
- Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work on-site and collaborate with the team daily
- Manufacturing / construction experience is a bonus, but not required
