Registrar Office Administrator

We are looking for a **Registrar Office Administrator** to manage student records, registration, and admissions processes. This role supports students, staff, and faculty by ensuring accurate data and smooth operations.
**Position**: Full-time
**Hours**: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
**Location**: New Westminster, BC, V3M 6B9
**Salary**: $45,000 per year
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Records & Registration**: Assess student registration for accuracy through ongoing training, support, and reviews.
- **Admissions**: Review admissions processes for compliance and validity and track enrolment data.
- **Data Management**: Ensure supporting documentation and program information meets program requirements.
- **Support & Projects**: Assist with planning, manage special projects, and help ensures processes are followed as the policy.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Good to have experience in a post-secondary setting, preferably in British Columbia.
- **Skills**: Effective communicator, detail orientated, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Must have**: Microsoft office.
Pay: $45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
