Your Opportunity:
This position supports the activities of Central Zone Senior Medical Leadership (the Zone Medical Director and Deputy Zone Medical Director) in their physician governance work under the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules. This may include activities such as researching information and composing correspondence, providing logistics and support for executive meetings, scheduling, documentation, liaising with external and internal stakeholders, government and other agencies and other communication.

**Required Qualifications**:
A minimum of an Administrative Support course, or diploma and 4 years of related health care experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Medical staff rules and bylaws.

Ability to exercise consistently sound personal judgment, tact, and initiative in problem solving. Proven organization, coordination and tracking of workload and issues management. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Able to work effectively in a fast paced/high demand environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships in support of the working relationship and influencing leadership.
