**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:
**Active Directory and Azure Integration**
- Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Advanced management of user accounts, permissions, and group memberships within Active Directory.
- Leverage Azure services to enhance user authentication, access control, and data security.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and System administrators to integrate on-premises systems with Azure.
- Experienced on SSO Microsoft services.

**Servers Maintenance and Upgrades**
- Virtualization (VMWare and Hyper-V)
- Perform scheduled server’s maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in planning and executing desktop hardware and software upgrades as required.
- Configure AD services, Group policies and other server’s rules.
- Configure HA Domain services.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Network Configuration and Maintenance**
- Maintaining and troubleshooting network devices across the company.
- Deploying network devices updates.
- Monitor and maintenance the VoIP network and services.
- Creating and maintaining network documentation, standards, and procedures
- Develop VLANs, trunks and network architecture frameworks.
- Network Traffic analysis - NMS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience on Cloudflare services administration.

**User Training and Knowledge Sharing**
- Share technical knowledge and expertise with team members, promoting a collaborative learning environment.
- Document standard solutions to common issues and create SOP to build the IT KM

**Physical duties**
- Able to lift to 45 lbs (20 Kg)
- Perform some work in reduced and/or elevated spaces.

**Cybersecurity**
- Meraki and Unifi Firewall basic management and understanding.
- Train and support employees on cybersecurity awareness.
- Antivirus and Endpoint experience - ESET
- Bitlocker management

**Training and knowledge**
- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA Network +
- Cisco CCNA and CCNP
- Scripting
- Cloud Networking
- VMWare VCP or Microsoft MCP

**Other relevant experience**
- 5 Ss
- Kaizen
- Poka Yoke
- IT Inventory management
- Automotive experience is preferred.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Profound knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
- Familiarity with Azure services and integration concepts.
- Prior experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with specialized manufacturing software.
