Are you able to identify and build long-term relationships with our target audiences? In a **Marketing and Communications Coordinator **(Marcom) role at Mammoet, you’ll have responsibility for managing internal and external communications, campaigns and events in line with our sales and marketing plan and our global standards.

**_What you'll be doing: _**
- Create and execute marketing campaigns designed for lead generation and user acquisition
- Manage campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives, are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure alignment with brand identity
- Run A/B test campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
- Example work mix: Digital Campaign/ Press release (55%), Event Planning (15%), Website/ Intranet Management (15%), Internal Communication (15%)

**_What you'll need: _**
- 1-3 years’ relevant working experience on a variety of successful marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree, in communication or Marketing discipline
- Proven team collaborative skills, support colleagues from your/different teams
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Prior Knowledge of Sharepoint/ Linkedin Campaigns would be a plus
- Desired skills - After Effects, Photoshop etc.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
