Sandbox Software, located in Guelph Ontario, is excited to be seeking a Marketing and Proposals Coordinator for our growing team. Our ideal Marketing and Proposals Coordinator will posses strong communication skills (written and verbal), creativity, attention to detail and enthusiasm for working in a small company with a family-like culture.

The Marketing and Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for developing engaging case studies and CVs, conducting interviews with team members and customers to write stories and narratives, establishing and maintaining sales collateral, supporting marketing initiatives including social media, and creating winning responses to Requests for Proposals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing and maintaining sales and marketing collateral including team member bios, case studies, service/product sell sheets, newsletters, and proposals
- Managing and maintaining social media campaigns and the content at the company’s website
- Reviewing RFP opportunities on tender websites and coordinating responses to applicable calls, including writing responses with the support of your peers, and evaluating final proposals for submission requirements before RPF deadlines
- Preparing proposals (beyond RFP responses) to engage potential customers, tell our story and how we can support potential customers
- Creating informative presentations that reflect our company values in support of sales opportunities, internal communications or community engagement activities
- Assisting Operations team members in their pursuit of new business through the development of supporting materials
- Providing support for other marketing, sales and internal employee engagement initiatives as required

Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including editing
- Impeccable organization and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creativity
- Adaptability
- Experience with digital solutions, ideally web development
- Education in communications, marketing, journalism or similar field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
