We are searching for a detail
- oriented billing and accounts receivable professional with experience to lead the AR team - this position will work closely with the assistant controller to ensure accounts are billed and payments applied correctly also follow up with clients to ensure that payment timelines are met
To succeed in this position you should be skilled, researcher with excellent communications and a organized with accounting and math and computer skills
**Responsibilities**:
Processing invoices on a timely manner
Balance the billing
Send out invoices correct with back-up
Perform the function accurately
Generate reports and statements
Follow-up with clients
Support enquiries by clients within a timely basis
**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience within this function
Strong math, computer and detailed
Excellent communication skills
High level of accuracy
Able to build relationships within the company and with clients
**Salary**: $36,928.20-$45,000.00 per year
