We are seeking a part time detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This is a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and prepare invoices for customers
- Review and verify accuracy of billing information
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary
- Conduct account analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving payment-related concerns
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial services role
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19,000.00-$21,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
