**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks
- Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft and Sage for data entry and record keeping
- Handle accounts receivable functions including invoicing, billing, and collections
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as PeopleSoft and Sage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients regarding their accounts
