**Overview**

**Duties**
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any billing or payment inquiries.
- Utilize Dynacom accounting software for data entry and reporting.
- Support human resources functions as needed, including processing payroll Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and account reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in a clerk role within finance or accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of human resources processes is a plus.
