**Job Duties**
- Balance Purchase Orders in Mitchell Connect and verify it matches estimates data in Mitchell Repair Center.
- Close the invoices when PO has been balanced.
- Support the head office accounting and payroll teams by providing them with necessary documentation as required.
- Balance account statements with parts invoices and ensure it matches month end report.
- Support the parts department with invoicing and credits that need to be applied as required.
- Assist the Production Manager with staffing schedules and payroll recordkeeping as required.
- Supervise parts procurement process.
- Manage all daily reporting requirements of our Partner TD Insurance.
- Compile daily performance reports for shop and submit as required.
- Manage the ARMS report and update daily to control costs.
- Support the management with all staff inquiries and UKG functions.
- Compile reports for all staff ready for the payroll submission.
- Coordinate office and/or departmental supplies and equipment as requested.
- Maintain records, databases and documentation in line with the business requirements.
- Supervise any clerical staff.
- Greet visitors and callers, whilst resolving any information requests.
- Oversee the month end closing process in conjunction with the branch manager and the accounts department.
- Follow up and ensure all RO’s are closed efficiently and in line with company requirements.
- Other related tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Solid Mitchell Cloud Estimating and Connect skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
