We are seeking a **Contracts Management/Procurement Specialist**to support our construction projects and join our growing team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role currently follows a hybrid model based in Vancouver, but may require travel to sites, supply chain partners, client offices, and occasional international travel as needed.
This role will be based in Vancouver, BC.
**Your role within the team**:
- Draft, review, and issue supply/supply Install contracts and purchase order through predetermined procedures, while ensuring compliance with procurement requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Administer all commercial matters associated with various contracts and subcontracts, including but not limited to progress claims, change management/disputes and formal amendments, performance monitoring and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain and manage all project contract documents; and ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, contractual obligations, and project close-out requirements.
- Work within both internal and external client systems and processes, including automated workflows and approval chains.
- Develop procurement strategies, contracting plans, RFx packages, conformed contract documentation and other requests. Receive and evaluate bids, as well as develop new sources of supply and inventory forecasts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams regarding contractual matters. provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on contract status and key milestones.
- Support general procurement functions across the power sector, working within Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and EPCM portfolios throughout North America.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration (or a closely related field).
- 3+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience within engineering, construction, or EPC environments.
- Hands-on experience preparing and issuing procurement documentation (e.g., RFPs/RFQs, bid packages).
- Progress toward or attainment of certification with relevant organizations such as SSCP, CPIM, PMAC, or similar (an asset).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines; goal-oriented and accountable for deliverables.
