Summary

We are seeking a Specialist to join our dynamic team at Freshslice Pizza. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our supply chain operations and vendor relationships, ensuring that we maintain high-quality standards while optimizing costs. This position is vital to supporting our growth and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee supply chain operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
  • Utilize procurement software for tracking orders and managing supplier data.
  • Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and vendor management practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and pricing strategies.
