**Sales Manager**

Milestone Millwork has been a leading provider of cutting-edge manufacturing in the mid to high-end custom cabinet-making industry in the Niagara region for over 20 years. As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manger to lead our team to new heights.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client specifications are met
- Connecting with clients, understanding their needs
- Coordinating with our design and production teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience

- Ability to train, coach, motivate and supervise a sales team

- Ability to bond and create rapport with clients and sales team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Word and CRM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Experience**
- Managed internal and external sales teams (at least 3 salespeople)
- Strong background in customer service and handling sales related customer service issues
- Conducted performance reviews and supervised productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization
- Worked in a small or medium sized company

- Team leader with ability to work and collaborate effectively with all parties involved to maximize results
- Proactive in initiating change for sales and team improvement

**Front of the Line: If you have the experience**:

- Experience in selling in the construction industry or custom cabinetry
- Extensive business development training or experience
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
