**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.

- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client specifications are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the luxury home furnishings or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cabinet making and design trends is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.23 per year
